Shipping Policy

At Bless Your Heart Comics, we take pride in carefully packing every order to ensure your comics arrive in the best possible condition.

Most orders are fulfilled within 3 business days. However, during high-volume sales, special releases, conventions, or other busy periods, fulfillment times may be longer. As a small business, we appreciate your patience while we carefully process and package your books and merch. Please allow up to 30 days for order fulfillment.

Preorders & Presales

For preorder and presale items, estimated shipping dates are listed in the product description whenever available. We will update those dates accordingly on our social media channels in the event that changes occur (delayed printing, or receiving orders sooner than anticipated, etc). Orders containing multiple items will ship once all items in the order are in stock. This way, we aim to keep shipping costs lower for you. 

If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, we strongly recommend placing a separate order for any preorder or presale items. Combining preorder and in-stock items in the same order may result in longer wait times.

Order Combining

Due to the volume of orders surrounding special releases and exclusive drops, we are unable to combine multiple orders after they have been placed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship internationally and do not ship to freight forwarding services intended for international delivery. 

Shipping Carriers

Most packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping carriers may vary at our discretion based on package size, destination, and service availability. We strive for quality, efficiency, and reasonable cost.

Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged during transit, a claim may be filed directly with USPS. Most USPS shipments include up to $100 of insurance coverage. Please visit the USPS website for information on filing a claim.

If you would like to purchase additional insurance coverage or discuss shipping options that offer a simpler claims process, please contact us and include your order number before your order ships. We will be happy to provide available options and pricing.

At Bless Your Heart Comics, customer service is our number one priority. We truly value every customer and want each order to arrive safely and as expected.

Because many of our products are limited releases, exclusive variants, signed books, or collectible items, all sales are considered final. We strive to avoid unnecessary or unthoughtful cancellations due to the limited nature of these collectibles and the commitments involved in securing inventory.

However, if a book legitimately arrives substantially damaged in transit, we will gladly review the issue and work diligently to help find a fair resolution. Each situation will be carefully considered on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details, including selected items, quantities, and shipping information, before completing checkout.
